I am overjoyed to be part of a new project titled “Müştemilat Kumpanya” that consists of six concerts in villages and small towns around Izmir between October-December 2019. The first of my solo concerts took place in the Yenikent village of Bergama. I played for an entirely new audience as for most of the listeners not only this was the harp concert they listened to but also the first concert they attended. There was a wonderful crowd of children, adults and elderly, from the village and the surrounding areas. It was loveley to take a moment to go on the village square with my harps and take some pictures with the locals, children playing ball, on their bikes and a most lovely puppy!
