Atatürk Arboretum is a magnificient place in Istanbul for those who love nature. It is situated within the Belgrade Forest and just about 15 minutes drive from home. I often go there with my son, with family and friends no matter what the season is. It is ever changing and in a busy city like Istanbul, it feels like paradise. Here are some photos I took today. An early winter day cold enough to leave my hands almost numb after two hours of walking around, sitting under my favorite tree and day dreaming under the shy sun. We had a great time!
